STORAGE FAQs

  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal business hours, M-F 8am to 4pm. Once you move in, you will have 24/7 access to your unit.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month, however we do require a 30-day notice before you move out. If you were issued a key fob, you must return your key fob to finalize your move out and stop future rental charges.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

  • How do I make a payment?

    We process your monthly payments automatically via credit or debit cards. This ensures prompt payment, reduces paperwork, saves paper and postage and avoids late fees. You may also pay in person, or by mailing a check or money order. If you mail a payment, be sure it is postmarked before the first of the month so it arrives on time to avoid late fees and penalties. We are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mailed payments.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, money orders, and cash.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes. We sell some moving supplies in our office.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item. NO FOOD ITEMS WHATSOEVER, even if canned. We do not recommend that you store irreplaceable family heirlooms, one of a kind items, or items of extreme sentimental value. Those types of items should be stored in a bank safe deposit box.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    If you have already rented your unit, no. If you have an indoor unit, you will be issued a key fob for 24/7 access. Outdoor units are drive-up anytime access units.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
